Campus overview

A seventeen-acre setting for residences and shared life.

The overall Mount Olive Garden site spans about seventeen acres. Alongside the apartment blocks, the plan brings together everyday shared facilities—a mess hall for community dining, dedicated yoga and wellness spaces, a stadium and outdoor recreation areas, and the other common amenities that support residents day to day.

The master plan shows how these pieces sit within the landscape, with circulation, open space, and infrastructure arranged for a calm, walkable campus.
